Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all items defective on delivery and orders undelivered in 60 days. We are also able to send replacement items if you would like. Please contact support@maisiemaven.com for more information on your refund request. If your order arrived damaged, please attach photos for proof so we can make it right for you as soon as possible.

Our Refund Policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected we will issue the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5-7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or Paypal account if paid via PayPal.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
