Once payment has been completed, our order processing time takes 3-5 business days. This means that your order(s) will typically be sent out within this period of time.

Shipping times vary for different locations and shipping method used. On average it takes 15-20 days. Delays may occur during holidays or due to any unforeseen events such as flood, typhoon or heavy snow. Extra stringent custom inspections can also lead to a delay in receiving your order. We are not liable for any delays caused by above mentioned events.

Yes. We provide shipping to international locations

Your order(s) are shipped from our various fulfilment centres located in Southeast Asia (Hong Kong Singapore, Malaysia and China).

We ship all orders overseas by registered air mail service. After processing your order, we will send it to the logistics company and from there it will be completely handled by them. When your package arrives to your country, it will be handled by your country's respective postal courier. For USA it will be USPS, for UK it will be Royal Mail.
